We are a locally owned residential heating and cooling company working across Sonoma County and the surrounding North Bay. We started in 2017 and have stayed focused on homes rather than chasing commercial contracts, because that focus is what lets us do the work properly.

What We Believe About This Trade
Most complaints about HVAC contractors come down to the same three things. Prices that move after the work starts, equipment sized by guesswork instead of measurement, and recommendations that suit the contractor more than the homeowner. We built this business around avoiding all three.
So we measure before we recommend. We put the price in writing before we begin. And when a repair is the better call than a replacement, we say so, even though the replacement pays us more. That last one costs us work sometimes. It also explains why so much of what we do comes from neighbours referring neighbours.

Homeowners across Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Rohnert Park, Sonoma, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Cloverdale, Ukiah, Napa and Novato. Conditions vary a lot across that area, from the coolest west county homes to the hottest inland valleys, and we treat each one on its own terms rather than applying a regional average.
